David appreciates the many unique issues that affect business growth, contracts, employment matters, business sale/exit, and commercial disputes, providing practical and sound solutions to his clients.

David is a graduate of the University of Toronto and Queen’s University and is licensed to practice law in the Province of Ontario and the State of New York.
